excel - Extracting rows based on list of target words in a certain column -
i have list of fundamental frequency data taken full sentences, such have values different times (50 time points per word) words in sentence. data looks (but 50 points each word, 5-8 words per phrase, 20 phrases per set, 3 sets... data adds quickly!):

how of rows (in example, 130-133, , 1328-1331) based on searching rowlabel words list of 40 target words)?
and possible copy spreadsheet, rather replacing current one?
if understand correctly, pivottable should suit:
add labels columns , c.
select a1:f1331, insert > tables - pivottable, pivottable , choose whether in new or existing worksheet.
drag areas indicated choose fields add report:
filter rowlabelwith select multiple items , words of choice. ensure pt totalled rows , columns.
double-click on bottom rh corner cell of pt.
