asp.net mvc 3 - Access Photogallery in android browser -

i want access android mobile photogallery android browser.

i included cordova.js in application (basically mvc3 application), doesn't work me (navigator.camera undefined).

do need include other files/libraries in application apart cordova.js? possible access device resorces in browser or not?
